The charming atmosphere made for a delightful stay.
I did find the parking situation quite challenging, which added unnecessary stress to my visit. The shared bathroom was inconvenient at times, especially during peak hours when it felt like I had to wait longer than expected. Additionally, I hoped for a more expanded breakfast menu, as the options were limited and didn't meet my expectations.

The historic building boasts stunning decor, and the cleanliness was impressive. Breakfast options were limited to self-serve cereals and pastries. however, the cozy outdoor patio was a perfect spot for morning coffee. The presence of a caretaker added a layer of security, and the comfortable pillows made for a restful night. On the downside, parking was quite challenging, and I found the shared bathroom a bit inconvenient during peak hours. Additionally, the lack of hot, made-to-order breakfast items felt like a missed opportunity.

I really enjoyed my stay at Oliver House. The breakfast snack station was a pleasant surprise, even though I wished for more options like boiled eggs or hot made items. Found the shared bathrooms surprisingly clean and always available when I needed. Had a nice time sipping coffee on the top patio in the mornings with great views. The mattress in my room felt a bit too firm for my liking, so I tossed and turned a bit. Also, parking was tricky. I got lucky finding a spot nearby, but I noticed several guests had to park a distance away. The rooms are cozy, and I liked the absence of a TV in mine, which helped with relaxation. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my overall experience was positive, especially with the charming atmosphere and the new owners making improvements.

I loved the cozy outdoor patio where I enjoyed my morning coffee, and the comfortable pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The place offers a nice lounge area to unwind and an inviting sun terrace to relax after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, being an older building, the plumbing might surprise you a bit, but it didn’t bother me at all. 😊

I liked how they revamped the dining and seating area for breakfast patrons! The small patio on the west side was perfect for enjoying coffee and pastries in the morning sun.
It was a bit pricey for what I got but the overall experience was still okay.
